Senior ITSM Integration and Automation Specialist

The goal of this position is to ensure high quality IT Services for Circle K by being part of a motivated and innovative team which establishes and uses best practices to continuous drive quality improvements within Service Management and support.

Circle K is using Ivanti Service manager (HEAT) as Service Management platform across IT, business functions and external suppliers, and has focus on improving processes, functionality and user experience.

Our ambition is to automate support processes and increase use of Self Service where possibleThe objective of this role is to support IT and Business with creative solutions that increase productivity related to workflow processes, end to end automation, client services and operational quality assurance.

We are looking for a candidate with technical background and experience as this role is responsible for programming and maintaining mid office technology, Service Management system, scripts and applications available in the System Integration technology platform like Kubernetes.

Experience from vendor side working with Service Management systems design, architecture, integrations and automation of processes will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for integrations of Ivanti Service Manager to internal and external systems
  • Write routines and business rules, test, debug, document and deploy new and modified code to systems.
  • Contribute to creation of roadmap for the Service Management area with focus on integration and automation
  • Responsible for implementation of roadmap according to agreed plans.
  • Review current setup in Ivanti Service Manager and identify areas for Self Service and automation. Drive implementation of processes agreed for Self Service and automation.
  • Translate support and business processes and requirements into functionality in Ivanti Service Manager.
  • Ensure results are delivered according to plans and stakeholder expectations
  • Measure and work towards high customer satisfaction for stations and business users. This includes ensuring services are available and delivered according to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or engineering.
  • Experience from design and implementation of Service Management tools, knowledge about Ivanti Service Manager or Service Now will be an advantage.
  • Experience from automation, integration and setup of Self Service Portals in Service Management tools
  • Good understanding of IT technology and support systems based on ITIL
  • Familiar with database administration and SQL
  • Knowledge of XML standards and web services management
  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Very good relationship skills in interactions with business and relevant stakeholders
  • Experience with implementation of new functionality in IT systems
