Management of the implementation of programme tasks : you take ownership for the assigned tasks, you ensure results as defined in the business case and act as central focal point aligning all interfaces.
Overview, monitoring and reporting of the implementation status (on all actions and projects).
Act as primary customer & wider stakeholder interface. You manage and facilitate prompt, meaningful communications with all stakeholders to resolve financial, technical, commercial or other issues.
Drive and monitor progress of the entire programme implementation; initiate actions in case of project deviations.
Ensure the availability and management of resources (team, financial).
Manage Legal & Supply Chain matters; you put contracts with suppliers and partners in place.
Drive and monitor effectivity and efficiency in the implementation and use of resources.
Arrange for a structured implementation planning (scheduling, financial and human resources) and ensure best practice sharing.
Define structure and processes and continuously improve.
Provide reports and documents related to the programme implementation.
Control budgets and finances, and establish regular programme reviews.
Document management (e.g. contracts; execution through assistant / office manager).
Master’s degree in Business and / or Management.
PMP Certification or similar
Minimum 8 years of project / programme management experience in launching and managing large, complex and dynamic programmes involving multiple cross-
Ability to travel and work across multiple disciplines with competing priorities. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Knowledge of project management principles, resource management and change management.
Must demonstrate ability to track the comprehensive business case for the programme, define programme success criteria, monitor and review all programme economics to include costs, efficiency, effectiveness, responsiveness, and risks.
Proficient in business and project management software.
Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

Experience in cooperation with public institutions.
Experience in working in the East (Baltic countries).
Command of Polish, Lithuanian or Russian.
