GCTO APAC Service Continuity (SC) is in charge of protecting the Production and DR environments for the whole Asia Pacific region for Credit Suisse, during weekends.

In this mandate of being the Mission Control layer for GCTO during non-business days, SC APAC team faces off to entities like BCM, APAC Site Management, IT Risk, OpsRisk, and local Regulators and Trading Exchanges in Asia.

  • Perform the Service Continuity core mandates of DR governance, oversight, & execution, event management, and resiliency planning & testing
  • Opportunity to help ensure full coverage of all IT product lines within GCTO APAC and extend governance of activities to all APAC branch sites
  • Continue to execute DR planning with BCM in region
  • Flexible working hours arrangement available (upon agreement with Line Manager), as well as leave-in-lieu of working over the weekends
  • Help mature the governance and oversight to all Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Audits in Asia Pacific, working with GCTO APAC Mgmt.
  • IT Risk, OpsRisk, and BCM as necessary both for BAU as well as transitional activities related to the said MAS Audits

  • Opportunity to collaborate and work closely with EMEA and AMERICAS Service Continuity team members in the course of doing the work
  • Asia Pacific-based working hours, 03 : 00 12 : 00 local Poland time.
  • This is a permanent employment role, with a promising upward career growth within the Bank and future expanded responsibilities including but not limited to managing local Service Continuity teams.

    You Offer

    The person should be technically capable, an experienced Analyst with background in ITIL (preferably), flexible in terms of working hours.

    Candidates with strong Development or IT Support background will have definite advantage.

  • You have Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) experience, that would be an advantageous
  • You present Mid to Advance IT Development, IT Support background
  • If you have ITIL exposure a definite plus, as with Project Management exposure
  • You posses Polished communication skills thru the English language, both written and verbal
  • If you have ServiceNow (SNOW) background will be beneficial
  • You able to deal with / coordinate / manage / set expectations from both senior and junior management levels
  • You are open to working on weekends and long hours if needed, under tight deadlines
  • You show genuine enthusiasm in learning the function and its mandates, as well as implementing them as part of BAU process, and engaging and collaborating with other regional SC teams
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
