We are seeking an e-commerce Retail Operations Manager to fuel the operational arm of the Retail Services organisation. To succeed in as a Retail Operations Manager you must be scrappy, understand digital operations and have ability to build relationships and communicate to a large team of diverse individuals.

Core Responsibilities :
Work closely with the central Merchandising & Revenue Management team, operationalizing their processes across the International markets.
Manage the Retail Services Operations team in Warsaw
Executing weekly inventory management operations, ensuring that the right supply is available for Marketing
Support all operational asks and processes within the Retail Services organisation (Revenue Management, Merchandising, Change Management, Pricing and Data & Analytics)
A self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged.
Good knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables etc.) and G-Suite (Google Spreadsheets, Docs etc.)
Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
Process driven - both in working style and ability to propose new processes.
Flexible - being prepared to get involved in other areas of the business.
Excellent written communications skills in English.
Track record of operational excellence
Past experience displaying awareness for the impact of teammates across the organization (i.e., the company is bigger than me)
2+ years experience in a digital operations role.
