Process the full lifecycle of various Corporate Actions for the Investment Bank division.
Working with various financial instruments (basic as well as derivatives).
Ensure Corporate Action event data is in line with market data, Credit Suisse standards and market entitlement rules.
You will prepare all the bookings in an accurate and timely manner.
You are to handle payable and receivable items for Corporate action events.
Enthusiastically resolve issues impacting stock record and mitigating trading risk during the event’s lifecycle.
Collaboration with international counterparties, agent banks and depositaries.
Agreement on daily basis with front office divisions, trading desk as well as with hedge funds.
One of your responsibilities is to co-work on projects and contribute to the quality assurance process.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in financial sector, preferably in investment banking.
You are fluent in English.
You have / be able to self-start to obtain, a deep understanding of the technicality of corporate actions along with market nuances in the major markets.
You have attention to detail and accuracy; dedication to quality.
You are able to deliver excellent service as a great teammate and individually.
You are a dedicated teammate with positive, can-do attitude.
