About a team :
DDP (Data Distribution Platform) team is working on the platform which is used for data distribution among all Adform products and sub-
systems. Platform provides unified, high-scalable Geo distributed solution which allows data exchange in real-time. Team is responsible for design and technologies selection, for development of components and helping other teams to integrate with the platform.
Platform is being developed using Java and Scala language. Storage technologies include, but are not limited to, Hadoop, Mongo DB, Couchbase, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL.
We would like you to :
Act as an agent between the Technical Product Director, the lead Architect and the delivery teams
Be responsible for the product planning and execution of priorities based on the direction provided by architect and Product Director
Gather and prioritize of platform requirements together with the Technical Product Director, define User Stories to deliver on Epics and Scopes, and work closely with engineering to ensure that the goals of the prioritized scopes are met
Collaborate with internal teams and other architects, to deliver any needed in depth understanding of the functional area
Collaborate with Program Management to understand dependencies and adoption scenarios
Monitor and escalate issues that may affect involved teams and or scopes.
Clearly expressing Product Backlog items
Order the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
Optimize the value of the work performed by the Development Team
Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Development Team will work on next
Ensure that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
Manage the product lifecycle from scope and epics have been handed over by Product Directors to User Story definition and grooming, test against acceptance criteria, user documentation, and technical release communication
Continuously analyze the various dependencies and risk scenarios
