What is the Client Dealer Services team responsible for?
Client Dealer Services team is acting as intermediary between our external clients and internal teams and is a key contact point in the operational and procedural queries from dealers, clients (external and internal) and business partners.
The team is supporting Polish and CEE markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of procedures and processes, including external processes of 3rd party TA, impacting the fund distribution.
Aside contact with external business partners, the role also requires daily contact with various internal teams including Sales, Compliance and Legal.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a TA Client Specialist?
Ensure that the highest level of service is maintained and provided to all internal and external clients.
Provide support to third party TA provider with regards to projects, initiatives and complex enquiries.
Adjust and monitor the process and service provided by the third party TA provider.
Support local distribution of FTI funds by participating in projects, creating and overseeing the processes and procedures.
Provide direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.
Identify and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Educational background or equivalent qualifications
Mutual fund / financial services experience is preferred
Fluent (both written and verbal) in Polish and English
Strong technical and conceptual skills
Strong attention to detail and quality, sound judgment
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy and tact
Relevant client service skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Operational experience is viewed favorably
