  • Provide requested services to customers as a part of Service Catalogue
  • Ensure proper Master Data
  • Support proper Order Management & Claims process
  • Support Cash Collection & Credit Management activities
  • Lead continuous improvement agenda for served customers REQUIREMENTS :
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with external and internal customers
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Strong analytical skills & Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & good knowledge of SAP system
