The Product Marketing and Communication Specialist is responsible for handling day-to-day general product enquires, and supporting the Information Solutions product global management with design, and execution activities.

Mercer’s Workforce Products provide comprehensive market data on compensation and benefits around the globe. These survey results are published every year in more than 130 countries and vast majority of them are easily accessible through our online platform, Mercer WIN®.

The primary focus of the surveys is to provide market data for cross-industry jobs and industry specific data. Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office : Product Marketing and Communication Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for development and maintenance of client facing documents, email communication, and meeting presentation templates
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of sales tool kits
  • Ensures external and internal www sites content is up to date
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain records of sales volume and cost, and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product / service needs to be improved.
  • Partners with internal Indirect Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Graphics teams to promote surveys among clients and prospects through various channels
  • Supports the annual global pricing review and scheduling exercises
  • Coordinate creation of an internal employee newsletter
  • Gather and evaluate ideas for improvement and demonstrate them to stakeholders
  • Periodically undertaking project management tasks associated with large scale internal projects
  • Handles day-to-day general product enquires
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in product marketing / communication or brand management role.
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Experience in developing client meeting presentations and reports.
  • Advanced command of English enabling effective communication with stakeholders and internal teams around the world.
  • Basic project management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Aesthetic sense.
  • Strong self-starter with organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Other desired skills :

  • Understanding Mercer products, client needs and drivers will be a big advantage.
  • Excellent command of English allowing effective proofreading in Standard American English.
  • Proficient in Power Point and / or any graphic design tool.
