Huntsman is recruiting for an Account Manager Insulation & CWP responsible for Poland and Baltic to join our dynamic sales team, part of our Polyurethanes division.
Working from our Warsaw Service Centre this is an exciting opportunity for a proven Account manager to provide focus on our Polyurethane insulation and CWP product ranges to build a sustainable business in both volume and value perspectives whilst driving differentiated system sales in line with our wider divisional strategy.
As the Account Manager you will :
Identify, monitor, track & deliver our Sales Excellence program at relevant customers
Manage business for profitable growth through value creation initiatives and directions set by the EAME Sales Manager and ensure thorough implementation
Cooperate with our pricing office to provide required information and support Value Based Pricing calculations
Build strong working relationships with customers at all levels whilst ensuring any complaints are dealt with effectively
Monitor production and selling costs, liaise with customer service, logistics and credit department to optimize profit and cash
Provide accurate sales forecasts using OMP and keep up to date market intelligence in your region, including existing and potential customers.
Ensure compliance to the company standards regarding Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) alongside the business ethics policy and Competition Laws.
Master Degree of Science (preference of Chemistry or Chemical Technology) with 3-5 years of experience on commercial position,
Demonstrable track record of leading Value selling techniques and a strong understanding of pricing excellence strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues as part of a regional sales team.
Excellent organization skills in order to be able to deal with ambiguity and changing job priorities,
Proficient application of economic principles, commercial sales tactics and business strategies.
High levels of team effectiveness with the ability to contribute to cross functional teams involving, Strategic Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain and Customer Service
Fluency in Polish and English
