Prospect 33 have a truly unique opportunity for returning Polish finance professionals to work within a top tier investment bank returning to Warsaw, Poland working within the Regulatory Change space.

As part of the role you will be required to be extremely adaptive and able to work as part of a global team, with a proven track record of helping to deliver large change programmes, front to back.
Responsibilities of the role include :
Gathering and documenting business requirements as part of the automation project team
Analysing current solutions for local regulatory requirements and to understand the overall data flow and lineage
Defining future solutions for report production, reconciliation and controls
Driving review and design of process change for improvements
Working closely with project team members and end-users
Training and guide end-users to ensure successful transition to new processes
Identify and document process changes and system enhancements
Create key project documents such as end-to- end current / future business process flows, use cases, BRD / FRD, cost / benefit analysis
LI-JD1 Job Requirements
Experience working with Banking / Financial area and / or general knowledge of Investment
Banking Operations processes
Understanding of regulatory space extremely beneficial (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd Frank etc)
Knowledge of Client or Product Reference Data front to back
Knowledgeable of Trade lifecycle (Order, Execution, Allocation)
Knowledgeable of securities types and their settlement processes
Knowledge of operations
Able to provide a minimum of two professional references
Eligible to work in the EU
