  • Configure and administer IBM z / OS Mainframe Software
  • Perform System changes for IBM z / OS Mainframe Software
  • Where necessary, work with and support other TI groups to effect end-to-end service provision problem identification and resolution
  • Help to identify, develop and implement new or improved processes to streamline operations, increase quality and / or availability of services

    Must have expert technical knowledge of the z / OS Operating System, z / OS Software and middleware, and SMP / E. Required skills :

  • Fluent English
  • Service management experience change and incident handling.
  • Strong IBM Mainframe z / OS experience :
  • VSAM Knowledge
  • TSO / ISPF usage
  • Good to have (optional) :

  • Middleware software on z / OS WebSphere, WebLogic, HTTP Servers
  • z / Linux operating system or Unix / Linux general knowledge
  • Any other proficiency in the Mainframe areas CICS / DB2 / Storage / Automation / Command Center / SysProg experience is a plus
  • ITIL basics or other Process Framework knowledge
