In this role you will :
Plan and promote internal learning opportunities and services via the existing communication channels
Take care of Talent Development Intranet and Learning Communities : maintenance, conceptual design, development and consulting as well as community management including establishing of editorial plan
Oversee Learning Libraries : contacts the vendors and promotion of solutions with L&D and CS employees
Work with tools and platforms dedicated to training, support and documentation (e.g. Saba Meeting (VC), Learning Communities and other internal tools)
You will support implementation of new Saba Cloud versions by testing Saba Meeting functionalities
You will pull statistics on a monthly basis of the different learning tools (e.g. TD Portal, usage of 3rd party content)
Collaborate closely with external 3rd party learning providers and internal specialists
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You hold a university degree or equivalent education
You have experience in Social Marketing, (Intranet) Communication, HR and / or Learning and Development
You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and marketing skills
You demonstrate ability to work under stress, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to deliver pragmatic, high-quality results with clear deadlines
You are a team-player, committed to service delivery excellence
You present outstanding organisational and time management skills
You are dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve
You show project management skills and experience
You demonstrate high degree of integrity and discretion
You are comfortable with your fluency in English, communicative German would be an additional asset
