Role Summary :

The Senior Manager Finance demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-

term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities :

Overall financial responsibility for delivering Sales, Margin and Cash according to the plan. This role requires strong operational partnership with the supply chain and operation organization, supporting the platform Leaders to successfully execute projects through robust financial analysis, controllership oversight, process improvement and overall risk management.

In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-

term and some long-term business goals, including the following :

  • Cost Control and analysis including base cost and variable cost.
  • Drive overall productivity through cost-out programs and various initiatives.
  • Lead financial planning sessions and analysis for the LM Cherbourg facility.
  • Support Europe CFO to ensure best estimates for planning purpose by modeling various GPB / SII / OP scenarios.
  • Take ownership for pacing input and variance analysis, interact with cross functional teams to understand the key risks and opportunities on both income statement (Sales, CM, base cost, EOP) and balance sheet (CFOA).
  • Provide analysis and action plan to drive gap closure and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure controllership for overall activities such as revenue and margin booking compliance and accuracy, and support global controllership initiatives.
  • Drive simplification projects throughout the organization.
  • Develop finance pipeline and build a strong finance team to partnership with operation and deliver results.
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with solid finance background
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong experience in a financial position
