Position Description

Supply Chain Cost Optimisation Analyst

Your future challenges

Assure Supply Chain KPI accuracy including financial month-end closure reporting within the given timelines

Support the annual budgeting process, Forecast, Capex, cost analysis, reporting, KPI tracking for the whole Supply Chain

Preparation, monitoring and improvement of all key cost drivers incl. Direct Costs, CAPEX

Identify and drive cost improvement initiatives and projects for the overall Supply Chain

Control and anticipate cost performance areas of risk and opportunity for Logistic and Operation

Operational and work processes standardisation & improvement for all administrative tasks in alignment with our internal controls and policies

Interface between Finance and other Supply Chain departments (Operations / Logistics)cooperation of different finance areas of input /

output.

Support Supply Chain and Carrier Managers with analysis & data provision as required

Support business development activities.

Support Supply Chain and Carrier Managers with analysis & data provision as required

Support management’s decision to run the business - provide critical ad-hoc analysis, reports as required

Admin responsibilities to monitor stocks, variance, SCRAP, movements through the network

What we look for

A Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Finance or Management

2+ years of experience in analytical role in supply chain or finance area, cost controlling or supply chain optimisation

Highly analytical mind with computer literacy in Excel, Access, SQL / database systems

Willingness to develop

Open and communicative person able to engage with business, finance and other internal stakeholders

Autonomous and self-motivated

Fluent English and Polish is a must
