Professional Development Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) / International Wealth Management (IWM) is the department in Credit Suisse that is responsible for all learning & development activities for the two Divisions SUB and IWM.
Our department runs a suite of various L&D solutions on an ongoing basis and is responsible to design and deliver trainings in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy and the Divisions’ / Business Areas' L&D priorities.
A challenging role as Learning Expert in the Learning & Development Program Execution team, based in Wroclaw, Poland
You will have a chance to lead a number of Learning & Development programs from initiation to timely delivery in a diverse and dynamic environment, aligned with the Bank’s overall strategy and the Business Areas’ L&D priorities
You will partner with internal clients and partners across the firm, particularly Learning & Development colleagues in Zurich, with Business Stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and Recruitment & Development colleagues across the globe
You will work in an encouraging and collaborative team working environment
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You hold a university degree or equivalent
You have at least 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in HR / L&D field; experience in the delivery of learning and professional development interventions or in the events sector would be a strong asset
You present extraordinary organisational and time and project management skills
You have ability to multi-task and prioritize
You are dedicated and self-starter, with a "can do" attitude
You are a team-player, committed to service delivery excellence and always having the bank and clients' best interests in mind
You are competent in using MS Office software, particularly good Power Point and Excel skills are required
You are comfortable with your fluency in German and English
