Your Responsibilities :
GSK Consumer Healthcare is looking for a Shopper Activation Manager to ensure GSK sales growth via sound translation of brand strategy into effective Shopper support tools.
Support strategy will focus on main commercial areas : creation of Shopper sell-out tools, education of Expert in store and creating best in-
class visibility and communication in store. Additionally SAM will develop and share Shopper expertise for a distribution channel within scope.
odevelopment of effective and profitable Shopper sell-out tools and offer in order to maximize brand performance
odevelopment of relevant and meaningful education of Experts in-store (eg. detailing of pharmacists)
ocreation of best in class in-store visibility and communication of brands in scope via development of POS materials
oleads multibrand support projects in order to ensure full coherence and addressing all elements of a successful sales support (eg.
Winter trade programs in pharmacies, Blizzard programs in MM TT)
odeveloping Shopper expertise for a distribution channel within-scope
obrand marketing in order to ensure best-in-class translation of brand growth drivers and strategies into shopper tools
osales teams in order to provide tools that will address market gaps & opportunities and customer expectations in the most relevant and successful way

oRegular store checks
oDetailed analysis of competitive promotional activities
