The role is dedicated to :
Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan in order to deliver Pepsico sales growth targets.
Recommend business plans for the development of Key Accounts within the channel, taking into consideration future market / channel trends and PepsiCo IG&P strategy.
Develop strategic short and long term growth agenda for all categories of PepsiCo and execute them by supporting annual contract negotiations
Manage relationships and business cooperation with the customers to maximize sales in the channel by wiring senior management of customers with PepsiCo representatives by organizing annual top-
to-tops and local discovery meetings and by conducting regular business review meetings with main customers.
Build and implement multi-brand / multi-category consumer agenda execution framework
Develop departmental and x-functional working methods and cooperation processes including communication with all GTMs to ensure best in class execution of commercial agenda
Design in-store execution standards and working methods, as well as its performance tracking
Manage the team of KAMs according to PepsiCo processes and procedures to create and maintain a highly trained, professional and effective sales team operating at PepsiCo standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
Expectations are :
Min. 2 years people management experience (including x-functional teams)
Min. 5 years in sales function including 4 years managing Key Accounts
Proven track of (business and people) successes in long term perspective
Position capability supported by line manager recommendation
Fluent English spoken and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer management expertise and commercial understanding including external environment and market trends
Strong leadership skills including ability to develop talents and build sales capabilities
Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Business acumen and deep understanding of functions and goals of other company departments
Sound understanding of company and account financials including proficiency in P&L managing
