Purpose of the role

As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with OEM and / or End-User group of customers in a dedicated region.

You will be responsible for generating new sales as well as active research on new sales potential in current accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Engineer will be responsible for presenting Omron solutions to our customers; In particular, you will be responsible for :

  • Ensuring development of business relationships with existing customers
  • Constant scanning of the market and finding new sales potential
  • Knowing and presenting Omron’s product portfolio with conscious analysis of customer’s needs
  • Being the leader of new contract negotiations
  • In close cooperation with Omron’s Technical Team overseeing new project implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor or University degree - preferable in automation, electro-technics or similar
  • 3 years + of professional experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of electrical / controls solutions associated with industrial machinery, motion technics, servos and inverters
  • Good knowledge of automation market in Poland
  • You get motivated by challenging goals and finding solutions in challenging business environment
  • In possession of a drivers’ license;
  • Communicative level of English
