Lead the DACH Sales Coordinator team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (Sales Coordinators are providing administrative support in the fields of quoting, promotional activities, external and internal communication, documentation, event management to the local sales teams).
Recruit, coach, develop and evaluate personnel.
Participate in developing SOPs, training programs and constantly evaluate training status and need of direct reports, together with local sales management.
Track and monitor KPIs, analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
Ensure strong communication and alignment with local sales and sales management teams, attend sales management meetings in headquarters (Hilden, Venlo).
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Fluent English and German language is essential.
Graduate with Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer support function.
Minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience in a shared service center setting.
Has led transitions of activities into a shared service center environment.
Computer literacy is a must have.
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.
Excellent communication skills.
A desire to drive standardization and process improvement is a must have.
A can do attitude and willingness to lead others through change is required.
Willingness to travel (10%).
Ability to work in changing, international and virtual teams.
