As Team Lead for Learning Tier 2 in Philips Integrated People Services team, your responsibilities are to :
Manage a team of + / - 5 direct reports
Manage the Global Learning Operations scope, targets and team to ensure the overall targets (SLA and NPS) are met for (1) learner support, (2) standard operations and (3) producing virtual instructor lead (vILT) training sessions for EMEA region (except BNL).
Provide clear leadership, guidance and support to the team, priority setting, workforce planning
Manage and (if required) process session requests
Act as escalation point for customers
Ensure team performance and growth by providing continuous feedback, coaching, managing the annual performance cycles and continuously grow required skills, competencies and capacity of the team.
Drive quality and standardization to deliver consistent and simplified HR processes.
Report out to Global Learning Operations manager
Work according to defined standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Previous relevant managerial experience (2-3 years’)
Fluent level of English is essential
Fluent Russian will be an asset
Experience within SSC environment is a strong plus
Knowledge of learning area will be an asset
Evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
Ability to motivate and develop itself and others
Process thinking and improvement skills / attitude
Strong cultural awareness
A proactive approach, working independently to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Good working knowledge of MS office applications
