We Offer

  • Provide global support for Credit Suisse Employees to control, challenge and approve access rights according to the "Need-
  • to-Know" principle and other relevant policies.

  • Provide dedicated focus for the new joiner, transfer and leaver processes. Work with HR to provide access rights for employees who are being on-
  • boarded or who are relocating.

  • Monitor and take action on requests raised via several internal access managements tools.
  • Maintain access rights for all Credit Suisse employees to systems from external data providers.
  • Evaluate current manual processes to identify areas of continuous improvement and increased efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide analysis to other teams within Credit Suisse to reduce risk and enhance controls.
  • Cooperate with application owners to ensure best quality solutions for the business.
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    Required :

  • Up to 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to directly support business users and HR Staff.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially MS Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams.
  • Problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Desirable :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Good understanding of security principles (profiles, authentication, authorization).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of VBA programming will be an asset.
