Job Description Summary
The Infrastructure group brings the digital workplace to life for the Kimberly-Clark organization. This group seeks out new technologies on the horizon and how to leverage them to support the goals of the organization, manages the infrastructure and creates a digital, connected workplace for employees.
As part of the Coordination & Delivery team, the Coordinator leads regional efforts to support, maintain and expand INF services and solutions across the enterprise.
Services and solutions include productivity and collaboration tools, end user devices and enterprise services. Provide subject matter expertise, functional / technical engineering, and regional business requirements in the delivery Infrastructure technologies.
Build and maintain effective client, peer and partner relationships to drive results and efficiencies.
Travel may include no more than 10% of work time.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
Responsible for the definition, documentation and safe execution of small to medium-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
Develops and manages defined communication channel(s) and / or stakeholder groups, proactively seeking to identify potential demand, and assisting in the creation of the business case.
Provides advice and guidance to systems development and service delivery staff on the capability needs for the region they represent and the technologies they specialize in.
Works with delivery teams to make decisions about tools, methods and approaches. Reviews and develops standards and procedures for the effective integration and deployment of systems.
Leads others to complete Continuous Improvements (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across organization.
Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or
7 +years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills
Broad range of business and IT experiences; Has achieved technical and / or business certification(s).
Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.
Ability to manage projects and technology solutions for the modern desktop and end user service technologies e.g . Windows 10 Enterprise, Office 365, Intune.
Good understanding and working knowledge with Microsoft AD and security solutions, e.g. Okta, identity management tools, and data loss prevention tools.
Experience managing ITS Projects and / or Programs.
Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management.
Understands and is familiar with Infrastructure capability and delivery processes.
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-
C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
