What is the HR Shared Service group responsible for?

HR Shared Services has been established to maximize HR global efficiencies, create capacity for the HR division, increase global consistency in process, and improve the customer experience across the enterprise.

As the first point-of-contact for servicing the tier one needs of our clients, HR Shared Services provides a broad range of supportfor our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration support.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of an Intern?

As an Intern in our Team you will be involved to a variety of HR Shared Services related support tasks within the job function.

Your role will be primarily to help with HR documentation, support Team in ongoing activities and admin related tasks.

Daily tasks :

  • Support in pre-employment process, creating personnel files, performing background checks
  • Support in preparing relevant paperwork and administration of personnel documentation
  • Assist employees in a timely manner regarding benefits questions and Workday employee self-service process inquiries
  • Participating in HR Projects (Shared Services Community process documentation) and contributing to the improvement of the current processes
  • What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • 3rd / 4th year student of Human Resources, Administration
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of German will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills with can do attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Availability to work 30hours / week
