Job Description

  • Plan & implement personal sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
  • Support National Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and acitivites in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-
  • specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.

  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
  • Establish, develop and maintain close business relationships with current and prospective customers to explore new business opportunities.
  • Special focus on NSE & CMF products.

  • Demonstrate products to existing / potential customers and provide assistance to their needs.
  • Plan and execute relevant training workshops, symposia, conferences, etc for the region.
  • Keep up-to-date on product portfolio and understanding of the business and the market.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities and sales support to the Team and sales support in vacant territories.
  • Compile customers feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolio.
  • Assess competitive threats and implement pro-active tactics.
  • Job Requirements

  • Medical, Marketing or Business related degree
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience, within a Multinational Company preferably in the medical field
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Demonstrated ability to develop atrong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction focused and consultative sales approach.
  • Demonstrated high degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English
  • Sound computer skill
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be comfortable in emergency / operating room environments
