As part of our HR Services team you will act as an HR guide for our employees. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the world of HR topics and design smart and elegant solutions for them.

We’re now looking for an HR Digital Solution Expert of 2

level of support for our internal customers. The person on this position will be responsible for maintenance, administration and update of HR information systems.

What will you do?

HR systems support (Level 2)

Coordinating the maintenance and administration of global HR systems at the regional level

Preparation and Supporting Global HR Campaigns

Participation in various projects in HRIS domain

Support in continued transition to Shared Services for HR processes in the region

Qualifications

What will help you to be successful?

Bachelor or Master's Degree in (preferably in Business or IT)

1-3 years of experience in system support (PeopleSoft, SAP, Fusion, Service Now or similar)

1-3 years of experience in data maintenance / input Experience in delivering support to employees

Experience in HR or Shared Services Centre will be an asset

Very good English. Any other language is a plus

Understanding the Employee Life Cycle

Knowledge about HR tools will be an asset
