Our Team :
The team at present consists of 11 people across EMEA and India (This will be the first position in Poland with a view to expanding the team in Poland over the coming years).

Your role would be to :
Reporting to the EMEA Server Team Lead (TSG) the individual will operate as a resource within the Production Shared Services Team
The Server resource will take responsibility for server support, project delivery and all control functions within the server estate.
This will include responsibility of : Technical projects, deployment & delivery and Server Engineering disciplines. The successful applicant will be part of a team of technical analysts & specialists who will provide exceptional support and service that ultimately meets and beats the Service Level Agreements and expectations of our Business Partners and clients.
The infrastructure and server estate is varied and diverse covering multiple Operating Systems and Server Technologies within EMEA, the resources will manage multiple initiatives that further transform and optimise the EMEA server environment, being accountable the successful delivery of server initiatives ensuring they are on time and within budget.
They will also be accountable for server engineering activities within the EMEA production Server estate. Be expected to participate in regular meetings and open communication with all global teams, ensuring that best practices and standards are agreed at a global level and deployed for all initiatives.
Where standards do not cater to geographical dependencies they must regularly challenge and update global teams to ensure standards are fit for purpose.
The role will also ensure that all aspects of BAU support are catered for. Ensure that they work to agreed processes within regards to change, incident and problem management and always delivering quality support encompassing the Managing to Win BNYM philosophy
This role is for you if you demonstrate :
Minimum of 5 years server support and delivery experience.
