GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The Trainer delivers new and existing content in the form of classroom led, online and recorded training formats for the Customer Business Support and Finance Hospitality and Collections department.
Updates Compass / Sitecore / SharePoint to maintain CBS and Finance procedural documentation and training modules. This role works under general supervision.
Trainers are responsible for the following :
Responsible for conducting moderately complex technical training courses for employees in the use of multiple system and products.
Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of training with subject matter experts in order to maintain training courses for onsite classroom format or on line.
Delivers classroom led, online or recorded training programs for new and internal employees, and / or associates.
Serves as a liaison with departments or individuals to ensure existing training programs meet and / or exceed customer needs
May be required to provide on-site training at Sabre locations.
Revisions of training documentation and training database.
Coordination of version releases into the training environment and contents of training documentation.
Create and Deliver Presentations
Creation of on line content using Captivate.
Administer assessments and evaluate trainee progress.
Participate in regularly-scheduled team and regional meetings / calls as an advocate of the training offering.
Act as an agent of innovation by injecting creativity into existing and new initiatives
EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years CSBA / CBA experience or Customer Business experience.
Advanced computer software skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to handle multiple projects, flexible schedule, and able to travel.
Strong organizational skills to manage different tasks simultaneously.
Teaching skills or background will be considered as a plus.
LANGUAGES : Fluent written and spoken English
