We are looking for a Team Leader in Continuous Improvement Team to support Group Finance & Treasury continued transformation plan in Lodz.

The offer

You’ll join Continuous Improvement Team where we drive and lead development activities, projects and ad hoc tasks together with our Polish and Nordic colleagues.

We leverage tools as Lean / CI, Robotics Process Automation, transition processes from Nordics. What you’ll be doing :

  • Leading and developing the team of process and Change Specialists
  • Achieving the agreed business targets by executing business plans responsibly, timely and efficiently
  • Liaising closely with stakeholders from Nordics
  • Implementing and ensuring the rules of organization and regulators are followed
  • Developing direct reports, engaging and empowering your team
  • Setting objectives and prioritizing tasks
  • Delegating and following-up
  • Assessing and improving performance

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership position in international environment
  • Practical project management knowledge (process optimization, simplification) will be an asset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solution orientation, can-do approach in dealing with challenges
  • Experience from financial sector (SAP and Oracle knowledge) or banking will be an asset
