Key accountabilities :

Bottlers Consumer Agenda Activation coordination with peer Franchise Manager and Bottler on entire Marketing plan (Planning & Execution)

  • Supports joint planning and alignment processes with Bottlers around AOP and Push / Pull calendars;
  • Supports Franchise Brand Manager / Franchise Manager with innovations ula changes development & execution;
  • Monthly follow up country calendar readiness track Innovations performance;
  • Leads FOBO Activation Board meeting;
  • DO IT THE RIGHT WAY : Assures the Pepsico Values compliance & working in-line w / PepsiCo DICE model;
  • Accountable for ammunition readiness & FOBOs results through cooperation with peer Franchise manager & Brands Franchise managers and following alignment with Commercialisation Category;
  • Supports development of agreed marketing initiatives; co-ordinates new product introduction and formula changes (Gate docs, concentrates pricing, NPPR form, timing, PGCS kick of form, manage the project via accolade);
  • Secures implementation through close cooperation with Bottler Operations;
  • Reviews Commercialisation KPI with Brand Franchise managers & Franchise managers;
  • Ensures transfer of best practice tools and international learnings;
  • EER Category / CEGB Commercialization

  • Ensures reflection in the Stage Gate for all GO-G1 Product / pack innovation initiatives as aligned in the JP with Bottlers;
  • Works closely with Marketing teams for specific Innovation / key Commercial Changes initiative as L&S from Category EER pipeline;
  • Present in Activation Board meeting to represent FOBO agenda;
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Key skills / experience required :

  • 3 years + Commercialization experience gained in FMCG global company & strong experience with Commercialization processes & project management : product launches ula changes;
  • Beverages experience;
  • Experience in managing more than 1 market is a plus;
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • High level of executive maturity; Interacting, influencing & aligning peers and senior leadersLeadership of x-functional project teamsManaging ambiguity working within a complex, fluid x-
  • functional environment managing significant amounts of change, and being able to influence a broad base of x-functional stakeholders & peersThe ability to quickly see (& sell) the big picture and then give either a top-

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills proven ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix environment;
