Responsibilities :

  • Prepares the costing and quoting preparation for all technical changes and new quotes
  • Ensures IMDS report
  • Maintain full OE Service (consolidation (standardization), cancellation of obsolete parts, new setting releases, packing, technical aspects .)
  • Supports the resolution of overdues, when finance departments are blocked and need support from sales
  • Prototype order processing for programs quotesreceives and checks purchase orderslaunches order internallyreports to customercommunicates about prototype order process to Account Manager
  • Together with the account manager, maintains the price lists, assures the correct PO’s from customers are received by doing FU, highlights issues with PO’s towards account manager
  • Is doing profitability projects on existing projects to improve the margin, by doing multi-functional workshops in plant, close FU
  • Receives and questions the approved design proposal from competence center
  • Coordinates and supports technical, logistic, quality, financial, manufacturing, internal purchasing issues
  • General support (administration, shipping parts) to customer team director and account manager
  • Improves customer satisfaction
  • Profile :

  • Minimum bechelor degree in (electro-) mechanical Engineering
  • Good German
  • Experience in sales area
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Good in problem solving
  • Very strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge MS-office package
  • Stress-resistant
