We are offering an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our S2P Process Team as a Procurement Support Specialist.
The purpose of the role is to deliver support related to :
ARIBA system administration;
E-catalogues creation and maintenance;
Spend analysis and reporting
Your job and key responsibilities
Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (phone / Skype / Cherwell / mail);
Maintenance of a log of work received and actions performed on workflow management system (Cherwell);
Proactively identifying opportunities for new catalogues / update of existing;
Support implementation of any change and / or improvement initiatives;
Supporting Lundbeck community (i.e. training, user support) regarding :
CPS : e-catalogues;
Ad hoc tasks related to sourcing / procurement area;
Performing activities in line with defined processes, SOPs and WI’s and Code of Conduct;
Ensuring the timely delivery of services related to area of responsibility as set in KPIs.
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications :
Master’s or bachelor’s degree;
2-3 years of work experience, preferably with Procurement or Sourcing support function;
Understanding Procurement and Sourcing end to end process;
Understanding of an e-catalogue concept, process and tools;
Experience in using SAP system and / or Ariba platform;
Fluent English (other languages - advantageous but not essential).
