Teslin Substrate Products group is part of our Specialty Coatings and Materials business unit. Currently we are looking for an International Account Manager, who will be responsible for Key Clients in the region (Europe and Turkey).
This position reports to EMEA Regional Sales Manager. Key responsibilities :
Responsible for aggressively growing sales of products in your territory
Expectation of minimum 10% growth per year
Manage an array of existing direct and distributor accounts with a strong focus on new account development
Work closely with sales, marketing and technical resources to develop appropriate strategies to penetrate target accounts and markets and to effectively communicate key marketing, industry and competitive trends in themarketplace
Call upon a wide variety of levels and functional areas within any given account
Our requirements :
University degree or equivalent
Five years of prior sales or marketing experience preferably in an international environment
Prior experience in the label or adhesive industry is stronglypreferred
Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills with a high focus on results
Proven success in sales territory growth and the ability to quickly assess market dynamics and opportunities
Open mind and good communication skills
English speaking and writing fluency
