Oriflame is now looking for a Junior Global Customer Service Specialist to further strengthen our Global Customer Service team.

Purpose of the job :

The Junior Global Customer Service Specialist will be part of the Global Customer Service Team which serves as an advisor and promoter of the best possible solutions, processes to Oriflame regions / markets worldwide to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As Junior Global Customer Service Junior Specialist your main role will be to ensure operational excellence within the Global Customer Service projects (e.

g. global contact centers, perceived product availability, online claims) and report to the Global Customer Service Manager on their status and development.

Not only will you work closely with the team streamlining customer service processes but you will also take part in executing key Customer Service initiatives which are part of the team’s 5 year strategy.

The key responsibilities will be attached to working in a multi-cultural environment and speaking with employees from the whole globe.

Your responsibilities :

  • Conduct surveys to understand the consultants preferred channels of contacting Oriflame
  • Research key customer service initiatives and discuss opportunities
  • Keep track of market implementation and ensure all global standards are in place
  • Drive systems incident management and escalate any issues impacting the Global Contact Center project
  • Executing Global Service System rollouts
  • Support in piloting new system solutions
  • Gather feedback on existing solutions and address areas for improvement
  • Document Service Standards and report on suggested future enhancements
  • Supporting other Global Customer Service projects
  • Supporting in streamlining customer service processes such as claims / incidents
  • What we are looking for :

  • Polish& English fluent is a must (written and spoken), other languages will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 year experience with customer service tools and contact center environments
  • Experience from working with the Interactive Intelligence solution and additional languages are seen as a plus
  • University degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration
  • Interest / experience in the latest customer service channels
  • Great planning and organizational skills with high sense of prioritization
  • Exceptional communication skills, both, written and spoken
  • Ability to communicate and work at all levels in the organization
  • Creative, innovative person, able to adopt novel ideas
  • Quick and effective problem-solver
  • Dynamic and self-motivated, positive energy center with a hands-on approach
