To strengthen our IS HR Delivery team, we are looking for a Solution Architect - SAP Basis with vast experience and deep understanding about how to efficiently plan, manage and control system infrastructure and architecture for our global SAP HR system.

Provide leadership for a team of SAP Basis specialists and external services providers in Basis area
Be responsible for SAP HR landscape design, sizing and architecture for projects and sustainable operations
Proactively plan technical activities and prepare comprehensive schedules
Lead upgrades and patching plans preparation and execution
Act as architect for SAP Basis, SAP Portal, XI / PI, BO, HANA and SAP Solution Manager
Perform SAP Basis system configuration and ensure proper transport management approach
Ensure and actively propose application optimization possibilities from value and cost perspective
Ensure effective system monitoring and system availability management
Collaborate with SAP Application Managers to optimize the service delivery experience and performance
Be part of the IS HR department leadership team, providing IS HR strategy and IS delivery
Provide infrastructure and administrative support for SAP Application Managers and SAP Service Managers
Provide Basis support to ABAP developers, functional analysts and solution architects
Evaluate and support implementation of proper security measures for the purpose of HR Data
Contribute technically to team objectives and manage communication of technical activities
3+ years of experience on SAP Basis Lead position or similar
7+ years of experience in SAP Basis area
Ability to take end-to-end system infrastructure accountability
Strong experience in SAP Netweaver, SAP Portal, BW, ECC, BO, HANA, SAP Solution Manager installations
SAP HR experience would be a benefit
Flexibile working approach in case of system downtimes or scheduled weekend patching / upgrade activities
Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and consulting companies, including offshore model
Proactive, preventive and self-accountability mindset
Ability to prepare SAP infrastructure budgets and plans
Good people and project leadership skills, ability to influence others to achieve objectives
