Tasks :

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of IS Application Manager for Human Resources (HR). The core responsibility of the IS Application Manager is to ensure stability and integrity of non-

ERP applications (Business Scorecard, Annual Salary Review, Capability & Workforce Planning, Talent Dashboards).

  • Be responsible for building and running applications
  • Develop and maintain the roadmap of the applications
  • Ensure applications are secured, maintained and upgraded as per defined roadmap
  • Collaborate with Application Build and Application Run to create integrated, business process-oriented SLAs
  • Be accountable for the resolution of any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on the HR systems landscape
  • Lead the Service Review Meetings and define the actions needed to improve the quality of the service and keep it aligned with the business needs
  • Maintain change backlog for application, decide on the execution of the changes in application and divide the items into releases
  • Support the creation and execution of the application budget
  • Maintains the relationship with the application vendor
  • Requirements :

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with managing application / services or implementation projects
  • Experience in managing, support or implementation of application in .Net and SharePoint is a plus
  • Experience in managing, support or implementation of cloud hosted applications (AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of HR processes and IS technologies
  • Understanding of technical aspects of an application
  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
  • Experience in addressing and solving issues
  • Ability to work on fast paced, changing environments;
  • Experience in working within global virtual teams
  • Experience in working with internal and external suppliers
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
