bioMerieux SSC Europe currently looking for the following position

QTC (Quote to Cash) Process Manager


Manage the end-to-end process Quote-to-Cash within the SSC, according to the objectives defined by the SLA with partner countries.

Manage all job responsibilities within the QTC / sales admin and financial reporting process, including the recruitment, retention, & motivation of QTC employees.

Solve problems & ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of the QTC process. Work as part of a team with the other process managers.

Works under the supervision of the SSC General Manager.


  • Manage the performance of QTC employees according to company standards.
  • Address external internal customer inquiries and manage other outgoing inquiries
  • Monitor & Report KPIs in collaboration with Process Quality Manager
  • Participate in service review meetings with partner countries.
  • Participate to projects related to QTC processes
  • Control the budget (financial and headcount), according to corporate policies and the annual budget
  • Responsible for SSC adherence to corporate quality requirements, local & global regulations
  • Contribute to SSC evolution strategy & support / lead SSC growth functionally & geographically
  • May be the point-of-contact for a partner country
  • May be the Key-user for ERP & other projects, including IS, Treasury tools, etc.
  • Studies-Experience

  • Bachelor -Demonstrated experience in Sales Administration (minimum 5 years) -Demonstrated experience in E2E Q2C process design -
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) -Demonstrated interpersonal skills (team work & team management)

  • Manage Customer Masterdata
  • Manage Contracts (Public Tenders or Quotes)
  • Manage Sales Orders / Credit Notes and Rebates

  • Manage and Process Non Technical Disputes / Deductions
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Efficiency of the organization

  • FTE & cost budget

  • Travel Time : 30%
