We are currently looking for Communications Manager to deliver effective internal communications in support of realizing strategic objectives of Lundbeck Group Business Services.
The incumbent will act as an independent business partner to GBS management team located in Poland and Denmark.
Accountable for developing internal communications plan in close cooperation with Lundbeck Group Business Services management team,
Ensures that organizational initiatives, projects and changes are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders across all functions,
Responsible for change management in GBS projects,
Supports GBS management team to convey all relevant business messages by utilizing relevant channels and by delivering presentations to various groups of stakeholders,
Ensures internal messages are aligned and consistent across all mediums,
Supports the deployment of stakeholder engagement plan, including senior stakeholders group,
Ensures compliance of communications with the Company internal regulations and standards,
Responds to feedback and adjusts communications content accordingly,
Supports the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and branding activities in close partnership with HR Manager,
Delivers ad-hoc communication projects for management team.
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications :
Min. 8 years of overall work experience, 4 years of experience in communications or PMO capacity with a focus on change management,
Extensive stakeholder engagement experience up to senior level,
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
Ability to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities,
Effectively communicates key data, including presentations to management tailors the message to the audience,
Adaptive and flexible in approach towards people, challenges and tasks,
Customer oriented Ability to recognise business needs and translate them into simple, efficient solutions,
