About the Department :
Global IT in Szczecin consists of 39 people who deliver IT assistance to Coloplast Colleagues in 42 countries. We are IT Professionals responsible for :
monitoring, troubleshooting and solving alerts coming from IT infrastructure 24 / 7,
administration of users in global systems,
purchase of IT equipment, accessories and software,
network (WAN, LAN, WI-FI),
unified communications solutions (Avaya, Skype for Business, faxes),
ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Basware & Alusta.
About the IT Admin Team :
Team provides support to all Coloplast users ( 11 000) and at the same time deliver local support to approx. 370 Colleagues in Szczecin.

Providing support in English to Coloplast employees globally
Handling of user administration (new hires, changes, terminations) in global systems
Global Software and Hardware lifecycle management
Global purchase of IT equipment and accessories
Handling requests with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality in collaboration with the rest of Global IT
Delivering high quality solutions in compliance with agreed SLA and processes
Taking ownership and responsibility of each incident and request to ensure the best customer experience
Proactive knowledge sharing with other team members
Basic IT understanding
Ease in uptaking IT knowledge
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to work on two shifts (8 : 00 16 : 00 and 10 : 00 18 : 00; Monday Friday)
Communicative and active listening skills
Strong focus on customers’ needs

ITIL processes knowledge will be an advantage
